Executive Minutes – October 4, 2023
In attendance: Trina Dresser, Lonnie Bergstrom, Gail Wilson, Shannon Anderson,
Dana Holloway, Nancy Haarstad, Allan Wilson, Steven Dick.
Meeting called to order by Lonnie at 6:42 PM
No printed agenda for this meeting.
Lonnie reviewed the minutes from the September 20 meeting. Nancy moved and Gail
seconded that the minutes be approved as corrected.( Deb Danyluk is the contact for the
Friday Stick Curling League. The casino dates are February 24 and 25, 2024) Carried.
Raffle tickets are ready.
Nancy will orientate all members of safety procedures in case of a Fire Drill. She will
prepare a document and go over the procedures at each league start up day.
Additions were made to the Fall Annual General Meeting Agenda.
