Camera in Plant room – Lonnie said a wi-fi connected camera in the plant room, especially during startup, would be a real asset. Lonnie is going to source one.

Lonnie moved to adjust the rental charges as follows - $150 per hour for ice and lobby, $150 for ice maker when ice rented, $100 per hour for just the lobby, and $100 per hour for the lounge (which includes a lounge attendant) Seconded by Jim.

The group agreed that in cases where the ice is rented the ice maker would let the renters in, the renters would lock up after themselves and we could arm our alarm system remotely. If the lounge is rented the lounge attendant could lock it up.

We will make our waivers available to ice rental groups.
Town of Bentley Grant application – We have submitted a grant request for $5000 to upgrade our cooler and upgrade out POS system. Jim has not heard back from the Town of Bentley
Parking signs – The town of Bentley has installed 2 signs that designate reserved parking spaces for our staff.
