- Call to order at 7:45
- Approval of the agenda – Lonnie moved to approve the agenda
- Approval of the minutes from the meeting held May 7th moved by Nancy, seconded by Trina
- Treasurer’s report – Lonnie moved to approve treasurers report, Seconded by Jim
- Casino Account Balance ~$43,000
- General Account Balance $79,148
- Savings Account $57,435
- Trina has sent out the invoices for the on-ice advertising
- New Business & Correspondence
- Cement repair - A Farmer’s market vendor damaged the cement. Jeff Investigating repair options
- Whatsapp – add Nastasha and gail to our group
- Fees
- Gail made a motion to keep the membership & and league fees the same as last year, seconded by Nancy
- The Alberta Curling Insurance has increased from $13 to $17
- League contacts for the 2024/25 season

- Bonspiel Dates are tentatively scheduled as follows
- Farmer’s Bonspiel- November 26 thru 30
- Mixed Bonspiel – April 3, 4, & 5
- Ladies Bonspiel – February 15
- Senior’s Bonspiel – Feb 17 thru 21
- Stick Bonspiel – February 1
- Old Business
- New ice plant – the new plant is not installed yet. Our existing plant, as well as the arenas have been disconnected. Allan has a meeting set up with Marc for an update.
- New chairs for the lounge – Lonnie is going to have one of his work colleagues go to the vendors and check out each of the different chairs
- New on ice lighting – Outlaw Electric is going to proceed with the installation. Allan is going to delay the Fortis grant application as Fortis has already given the Town of Bentley a grant. We will have to wait a bit before submitting our grant application.
- Lounge attendant – our new lounge attendant is Natasha Robinson
- Executive changes – There are going to be a few long–time boards members resigning this year.
